A woman has pleaded guilty in federal court in relation to a Bartlesville homicide that happened in March of 2020.
Cynthia Fish pled guilty yesterday to unlawful use of communications facility.
She’ll be sentenced next June.
Records show she helped lure the victim, Charlie Bethel, to a vacant home, where he could be robbed and while there, he was beaten badly with a baseball bat.
Records show Bethel had a friend drop him off at the home and when the friend came back to pick him up, he was bleeding badly, but, he didn’t want to go to the hospital, just wanted to go home.
The friend reports Bethel died overnight, in bed.
She is the 4th person to be convicted.
Omar Marano was convicted of murder by a jury in Washington County and got sentenced to life in prison.
Amber Hall is serving 15 yrs for 2nd degree murder in Washington County.
Austin Prater’s charges were changed to unlawful distribution of controlled substance and he received a 6 yr suspended sentence.
Fish was the only one charged in federal court because she’s an Osage Nation tribal member.
