After shooting the employee, the 32-year-old man fled the scene in his car.
According to a bystander, the incident started when the man walked around the counter to finish preparing the food himself.
The 21-year-old employee then tried grabbing the suspect to stop him from leaving.
The unnamed suspect then pulled out a gun and shot the employee.
The employee was rushed to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg. They are in stable condition.
The shooter was later tracked down and arrested.
