Police in Chicago are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man who went missing Thursday from a hospital in the Portage Park neighborhood.
According to a CPD missing person alert, Walter Tait, 75, was last seen around 7 p.m. at Community First Hospital, 5645 W. Addison St.
Tait is 5 feet 6 inches tall and 175 pounds, with blue eyes and gray hair.
On his upper right arm, he also has an Irish symbol tattooed.
