Covid Health Passes… or a sinister march towards simplified surveillance?
The UK govt has released information on the types of data it will collect, and potentially what it could be used for down the line.
Concerned netizens have been flagging up some of the worrying datasets now being collected through Covid mandates.
“NHS app used for Covid domestic and travel passes now collects data on mental health, social circumstances, political opinions, lifestyle, alleged criminal convictions and will be used as identity document for “right to work” and “right to rent,” Ethical Tech enthusiast and researcher Leon Paul tweeted.
It comes as Joe Biden says he will issue similar IDs for domestic travel in the US – IF – his advisers tell him to do so.
