A Stigler couple is charged with numerous counts of child abuse and sexual abuse.
The affidavits for Robert and Cheryl Wilson report the following allegations:
-It says Robert molested a child, walked in a child while they were changing and advanced to raping a child weekly for years.
It says Robert got into an argument with a 15 year old and punched the teen and broke their nose.
It says a child says Robert kicked them repeatedly while wearing boots and dragged a child out of bed and kicked them with boots, while hitting them.
It says Robert threw a child on the floor, stood on their head with heavy boots the child thought they might die.
-It says Cheryl Wilson hit children with plastic and metal hangars, belts and kitchen utensils, hitting them in the face and neck and backing them into a corner or against a wall while doing so.
It says she cut off the clothing of a girl and made the girl sit on the floor naked.
It says she would slap children repeatedly and say she wished the child was dead and made them sleep on the kitchen floor with no blanket or pillow or make them go days without food.
It says she poked one child in the chest with scissors, leaving a scar and threw them to the ground by their hair.
It says she told one child to go to the end of the driveway and stick out their thumb and never come back and poked children in the face and chest, backing them into walls while yelling at them.
It says when the children had bruises or marks, they were kept out of school for days.
It says DHS came once, but, closed the case and after the worker left, the children were beaten.
