Tulsa Police arrest a couple charged with aggravated trafficking and having a chopped, loaded SKS, a loaded pistol, 4 vacuum sealed bags of pot along with 2 baggies of fentanyl.
The report says an officer pulled over Tou Moua for swerving across the road and other traffic violations.
It says the barrel on the SKS was shortened to 12.5 inches and had a loaded magazine and there was a loaded pistol under his seat as well.
It says his passenger, Haylee Gore, said the pistol and the pot belonged to her.
It says Moua told police he’s just bought the 2 guns off a guy from Craig’s list and the guy threw in the fentanyl for free, but he and Gore thought it was meth.
It says Moua declined to say who he bought the pot from but did say he planned to sell it.
It says Moua also had a warrant for a stolen car case in Tulsa County from last May, that’s still pending.
It says he has felony convictions in Colorado for drugs.
