Investigators with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children Unit have charged 74-year-old Harry Reams O’Neal and his wife 73-year-old Andrea Campbell O’Neal with a string of sexual assaults between 2005 and 2012.
The investigation began on January 6, 2022, after receiving information alleging the sexual abuse.
Following an extensive investigation and execution of at least one search warrant, investigators learned that Harry and Andrea O’Neal committed multiple sexual acts on two unidentified children who were between the ages of around 11 and 19.
Along with the alleged forced sexual acts on the victims, Mr. O’Neal reportedly filmed the encounters and forced the sexual acts with other various men.
Harry was arrested yesterday afternoon and is currently in the Greenville County Detention Center on the following charges:
· Trafficking in Persons
· Producing, promoting or directing sexual performances by a child under 18
· Engaging child under 18 for sex
· 1st degree Criminal Sexual Conduct
· Two counts of 2nd degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with a minor
· Two counts of 3rd degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with a minor
· 1st degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor
· And Buggery
Andrea was also arrested yesterday afternoon and transported to the Greenville County Detention Center on the following charges:
· 3rd degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor
· And two counts of Unlawful Neglect of a Child
Andrea was given a $40,000 bond, and Harry was given a no bond.
