On October 30th, 2025, around 4:00 p.m., Officers responded to the Boca Vista Apartments near 10800 E 33rd St. for a call about an Armed Robbery.
The victim said she just arrived back at the apartment complex when a man wearing a red Halloween mask and a woman wearing a ski mask approached her. They stole her bags, punched her with brass knuckles, then pointed a gun at her and made threats.
The victim believed she knew who the suspects were, and the Officers with the Tulsa Police Mingo Valley Street Crimes Unit quickly began investigating.

Officers identified the suspects as Pedro Ramos, Jr., and Jeweliet Villarreal. Both were located coming out of a nearby apartment.
In Ramos’s vehicle, Officers recovered a semiautomatic handgun. Inside the apartment, Officers found two pairs of brass knuckles and two masks matching the descriptions of the masks used in the robbery.
Pedro Ramos and Jeweliet Villarreal have two children, and Officers learned the pair left the kids at home in the apartment while going out to commit the robbery. The children were placed in the care of relatives.
Ramos and Villarreal were arrested for Conjoint Robbery and Assault while Wearing a Mask.
