A Little Rock man and woman were both arrested on a felony charge of child endangerment late Sunday after allegedly leaving their 2-year-old daughter alone for three hours at a local vacation rental while they went out to a bar.
Jesse James Parker, 31, and Taylor Rena Clower, 30, who both list the same address in Little Rock, were taken into custody around 11 p.m. and each charged with first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, punishable by up to six years in prison.
They were each being held on a $2,500 bond and set to appear Monday in Garland County District Court.
According to court records, neither Parker nor Clower lists any prior felony history, but Clower pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving while intoxicated on May 4, 2021, and has a DWI charge pending from an arrest on Dec. 23, both in Pulaski County.
Parker had two prior misdemeanor arrests for public intoxication.
