Clearance Speed arrest in connection with the shooting death of a toddler boy

UPDATE: The Birmingham Police Department on Friday announced an arrest in connection with the shooting death of a toddler boy one year ago today.
Police said 24-year-old Clearance Speed of Birmingham is charged with felony murder in the death of 2-year-old Major Turner, who was shot and killed in the Kimbrough Homes Housing Community on Feb. 4, 2021.
