Kentucky -There is a multi-agency investigation that includes MCSD, Matewan PD, Pike Co SO, KSP, WVPSC, and N&S Police into the stolen vehicle and pursuit on 01-04-2022.
We can also confirm there was an officer involved shooting in the Lynn area at approximately 1900 hours that did include one of the suspects. The suspect was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The WVSP is investigating the shooting and we will not be releasing any information on this incident until the investigation is completed.
