SHOOTING ARREST: According to a probable cause statement, Cindy Gerke, 69, shot her husband Friday night at their home on Harris Lane near Wixon Valley after he served her divorce papers earlier in the day.
After he was shot, the victim left in a vehicle and got into a wreck at SH 21 and FM 2776.
He was rushed to a hospital.
She was booked into jail and remains there on a $30k bond.
