Former Paris Police Dept. narcotics detective arrested Friday on charges of producing and distributing child pornography.
Federal documents allege 50-yr old Christopher Livingood used Kik Messenger to exchange images with a woman in Indianapolis, of children, as young as infants, engaging in sexual activity. Police allege it happened on three occasions in 2018 and 2019.
“The Kik conversations between the woman and user “bryan388” (identified as Livingood) also revealed evidence that user “bryan388” was engaged in bestiality with two dogs that he has access to.
Indianapolis Police worked with the FBI in central Kentucky to bring the charges.
