Nola– Olave was hit hard by Bucs cornerback Zyon McCollum and fumbled on the play that forced him out out of the game, which resulted in a scoop-and-score by Buccaneers safety Antoine Winfield.
New Orleans Saints wide receiver Chris Olave left the game and is headed to the locker room after a helmet-to-helmet hit against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Olave initially went to the injury tent after the play before heading to the locker room. He’s being evaluated for a concussion according to Fox’s Pam Oliver.
The play was ruled as a catch for Olave and then a fumble. There was no penalty on McCollum despite the helmet-to-helmet contact.
