Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying questioned the use of the word “invasion” by the West when describing Russia’s activity in Ukraine, talking to the press in Beijing on Thursday.
The statement comes as Russia’s military operations on Ukraine’s border sparked international outcry.
