China Claims World’s Biggest Military Robot
Chinese state media has released footage of a giant robotic yak, alleging it is the “world’s largest quadruped bionic robot”, designed to carry military equipment up to 160kg at just over 6mph.
The Global Times reports that the mechanical beast can operate in all conditions, and is intended to assist troops in remote areas – but suggests it could become weaponised in the future.
