Child Rape Suspect Wanted
The Los Angeles Police Department’s Juvenile Division Abused Child Section is seeking the public’s help after a sexual assault of a sixteen-year-old female victim.
On September 26, 2021, around 9 p.m., the suspect and victim were both observed at the Downtown Long Beach train station.
The victim and suspect rode the same train, but separately, northbound to the Los Angeles area. The victim and the suspect transitioned to the same MTA bus, and got off near Vernon Avenue and San Pedro Street.
The suspect approached the victim from behind and grabbed her around the neck. The suspect forced the victim to a parking lot of an apartment building where he threatened to kill her and then raped her.
Suspect is described as a 35-year-old male Black, with black dreadlocks and brown eyes.
He stands 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds with a muscular build. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and black pants.
