Chesapeake officer shot, injured on Seaboard Avenue, police say

Virginia – A Chesapeake officer was shot and injured Thursday night. Police said the officer’s injuries are not considered life-threatening.

One officer was injured and taken to a local hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening.

There is still no suspect information, police said.
