The video was made available this morning on the YouTube channel “Lost Media Busters” but has since been struck with a copyright takedown from Warner Bros. 

Back in 2023, a live-action series featuring the grown-up Powerpuff Girls was canceled at The CW following a number of reported troubles with the project.

Now, a new teaser video has surfaced online showcasing what the show might have been like, and it’s…interesting, to say the least.

 Entertainment. The three-and-a-half-minute trailer establishes the premise of the series: Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup have grown into young adults and left home, with Blossom (played by Chloe Bennet) becoming stressed and burnt out, Bubbles (Dove Cameron) turning to drinking, and Buttercup (Yana Perrault) becoming generally rebellious and expressing distaste of gender norms.

In the trailer, the three inadvertently kill a human named Mojo and flee Townsville, before returning home years later to visit their father, Professor Utonium (Donald Faison).

There, they encounter Mojo’s now-adult son, Jojo, who has become mayor of Townsville, brainwashed the citizenry, and is seeking revenge.

The trailer is peppered with “edgy” humor, including Bubbles making a quip about juggalos and Buttercup suggesting Jojo has a “hate-boner” for Blossom.

CW has confirmed to Variety that the footage is real, but that this particular trailer was not official nor intended for public view at any point.

The live-action Powerpuff Girls show was first reported on back in 2020, but was canceled in 2023 after a number of setbacks, including a “miss” of an initial pilot and the departure of Bennet from the project.

“The reason you do pilots is because sometimes things miss, and this was just a miss,” said CW chairman and CEO Mark Pedowitz of the scrapped pilot at the time. “We believe in the cast completely.

We believe in Diablo [Cody] and Heather [Regnier], the writers. We believe in the auspices of Greg Berlanti and Warner studios. In this case the pilot didn’t work. But because we see there’s enough elements in there, we wanted to give it another shot.

So that’s why we didn’t want to go forward with what we had.

Tay and Bhad Bhabie have had problems with each other for years. Back in 2018, Bhabie got into a fight with Whoa Vicky after she and Lil Tay allegedly called her friend a racial slur.

Outside of her beef with Bhabie, Tay’s had a wild few years. Last year, she reportedly completed a successful open heart surgery after being diagnosed with a heart tumor, according to a post and video shared on her X account. 

In 2023, news of Tay’s death was posted to her Instagram account, only for it have been revealed to been a hoax after her account was “compromised by a third party and used to spread jarring misinformation and rumors” per a report from TMZ.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s fiery and confrontational White House visit on Friday was the subject of the cold open for the latest episode of “Saturday Night Live,” and the sketch even featured show alum and “Austin Powers” star Mike Myers as billionaire Elon Musk.

With cast member Mikey Day as Zelenskyy, James Austin Johnson as Trump, Bowen Yang as Vance and Marcello Hernandez as Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the sketch poked fun at the real-life Trump and Zelenskyy arguing in the Oval Office about whether the war, which began three years ago when Russia invaded Ukraine, was like a card game.

Day as Zelenskyy then suggested the American leaders visit Ukraine, to which Yang as Vance responded, “Hey! Don’t you even dare. I have been to Ukraine… on Google Maps.”

The joke alluded to the fact that Vance said he had not been to Ukraine but had “watched and seen the stories” from the country’s war efforts during the real-life exchange that shocked many of America’s long-standing allies.

“You say you want to end this war, but frankly, you don’t have the cards,” Johnson as Trump said. “I have the cards, okay. I have skip, draw four. I have reverse. I have get out of jail free, the Supreme Court gave me that one.”

Johnson as Trump then criticized Zelenskyy for not wearing a suit, saying, “It’s disrespectful. Who shows up to the White House in a t-shirt and jeans like a garbage person.”

That is when Myers as Musk, wearing his signature “Tech Support” t-shirt and black overcoat comes into the sketch, along with a chainsaw, which the real-life Musk wielded at CPAC as a way to symbolize his slashing of the government.

“Donald, what are you doing in my office?” Myers as Musk asked Johnson as Trump. “You know I’m the president now, right?”

The episode was the first since the “SNL 50: The Anniversary Celebration,” which was a more than three hour special reunion of the long-running show’s cast and iconic guest hosts.

“It took me almost 10 minutes to just empty my bladder because it was so painful. Substances were down there that I had never seen before and I thought, ‘What is this?'”

Berry went to get checked out by her doctor, who left her stunned when he informed her that she appeared to have a ‘really bad case of herpes’.

Recalling her experience, the X-Men actress explained that her vagina had become ‘so swollen’ that she wasn’t capable of driving, so Hunt had chauffeured her to the appointment.

“We spent the next 72 hours doing the blame game, trying to figure out who gave it to me, who gave it to him,” Berry told Barrymore. “And then a couple of hours after that, my doctor called me and said: ‘You do not have herpes’.

“I was like, ‘Okay then, what is it?’ And this was the defining moment for me, he said, ‘I don’t know, that’s what it looked like’.”

The misdiagnosis and her doctor’s lapse in knowledge encouraged Berry to head on her own ‘reconnaissance’ and research mission.

This led her to finding out about dry vagina syndrome, which is one of the many symptoms of menopause.

It turns out that Berry was in perimenopause, which refers to the time during which a woman’s body makes the transition to menopause.

She said: “I had all the symptoms of what that felt like and I realised, ‘Oh, I’m 54 years old.’ I learned that perimenopause can start in your late 30s even and early 40s.”

Ralph Woolfolk of APD stated that several killings in Atlanta stem from “The cowardly acts of an Atlanta-based rapper that decided to go into a rival gang stronghold in a place he knew he should not have been”.

It is confirmed that the rapper is Lil Baby according to an affidavit from several suspects in the shootings. Lil Baby has no charges pending.

During a press conference on Wednesday (Feb. 26), the Atlanta PD announced seven arrests had been made in connection to the killings of 13-year-olds Jakody Davis and Lamon Freeman, who were shot and killed at a birthday party last July. Major Ralph Woolfolk stated the shootings were part of a gang war that started with a shooting at Lil Baby’s music video shoot last May, where three people were injured.

Local Atlanta news station WSB-TV confirmed Woolfolk was referring to Lil Baby.

Woolfolk says following the music video shooting, multiple shootings and homicides took place that seemed to be retaliatory. The teens’ murders were the result of an unnamed Lil Baby rival calling in the hit from prison.

“Lamon Freeman was allowed to be a 13-year-old for 27 minutes before gang violence ultimately took his life,” Woolfolk says around the 11:44 timestamp of the video below.

On May 14, 2024, a drive-by shooting occurred in Northwest Atlanta near the Hidden Village Apartments on Verbena St. where Lil Baby was shooting a music video. Three males in their 20 sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Fan-captured video showed Lil Baby and his team pulling up to the shoot prior to gunfire erupting.

Lil Durk is reportedly facing a wrongful death lawsuit, alleging that he ordered a hit on Quando Rondo, which led to the 2022 fatal shooting of Lul Pab in LA

On Monday (Feb. 24), the Chicago Sun-Times reported that Andrea Laquila Robinson, the mother of Quando Rondo‘s late cousin Saviay’a Robinson, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Durk.

Andrea filed the suit in Cook County Court in Chicago last week.

The victim’s mother claims that Durk, his record label, Only the Family, as well as an unnamed business manager and related company, which was also not named, are responsible for the death of Saviay’a a.k.a. Lil PAB, who was shot and killed during an alleged attempt on Quando’s life in August of 2022 in Los Angeles.

A crime that Durk is being accused of masterminding.

“The premature loss of Mr. Robinson has devastated his family and community,” Andrea’s attorney, Warren Postman, tells the Times. “We filed this lawsuit to hold those responsible accountable and to ensure his family receives the support they need during this difficult time.”

XXL has reached out to the Cook County Court, Lil Durk’s attorney and Andrea Laquila Robinson’s attorney for comment.

This is the second wrongful death lawsuit Durk has been hit with in less than a year. Last October, FBG Duck’s mother reportedly sued Durk and King Von’s estate for Duck’s murder. .Duck was gunned down while shopping with his girlfriend in Chicago’s Gold Coast area in August of 2020. Six men with reported ties to Durk have been convicted of the shooting.

Tony Martinez, an X user, has made explosive accusations against former Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith Sr., claiming that Smith had an affair with his wife.

Following the tweet, Martinez also posted a video of what he claims is a phone call in which he confronts Smith about the affair. In the video, the voice believed to be Smith apologizes while Martinez scolds him. The call, which lasts nearly 90 seconds, ends with no further conversation.

Sixty years ago on this day February 21st in 1965, Brother Malcolm (el-Hajj Malik el-Shabazz) was assassinated.

Though doubts about who is responsible for Malcolm X’s assassination have existed since he was fatally shot at Manhattan’s Audubon Ballroom on Feb. 21, 1965, a Netflix docuseries and new evidence have brought renewed scrutiny to the case.

In 2021, former Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. vacated the convictions of two of the men jailed for Malcolm X’s murder, Muhammad Aziz and the late Khalil Islam, after a nearly two-year investigation unearthed fresh evidence of witness intimidation and suppression of evidence.

The city and state of New York later agreed to pay $36 million to settle lawsuits filed on behalf of the men, and Vance apologized for law enforcement’s “serious, unacceptable violations of law and the public trust.”
