CARJACKING SUSPECTS

MEMPHIS, TN –On July 12, 2021, Memphis Police Officers responded to a Carjacking at 1030 Floyd Avenue. The victim advised three male suspects armed with handguns demanded her gray 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The male suspects fled in the victims’ vehicle. (The 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer has been recovered).
The Memphis Police Department-Violent Crimes Unit Investigators determined the suspects arrived at the Mapco, 3333 Thomas Street shortly after the Carjacking.
Two of the male suspects exited the Carjacked 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer, entered the business, and were captured on a surveillance video camera.
Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 18-20 years of age, 5’8”-5’10”, skinny, wearing a black hat, red hooded pullover with white writing on the front, blue jeans with holes in the knees, and black tennis shoes.
Suspect #2 is described as a black male, 18-20 years of age, white Covid mask, a white t-shirt, dark pants, and white tennis shoes.
Photos of the suspects are available for release and attached. No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
