Canadian Forces considered using pandemic for testing PROPAGANDA techniques on Canadians (The National Post)

The Canadian Joint Operations Command (CJOC) reportedly exploited the pandemic to go rogue and test Afghan war PROPAGANDA techniques for “shaping” and “exploiting” information to “head off civil disobedience by Canadians during the coronavirus pandemic and to bolster government messages about the pandemic.”

The National Post, who obtained the documents through the Access to Information law, insists the Federal Government was unaware of the plan, which was apparently developed and put in place in April 2020, and shut down in May.

There are also no specific details about techniques or how they were used, if used at all.
