Do you know who they are?
These two people are suspected of distracting an 81 year old woman at Costco in River Park.
While one spoke to her, the other stole her wallet from her cart, and subsequently ran up over $1000 worth of charges on her credit cards at multiple stores.
The female has a large tattoo on her left chest/shoulder area. The vehicle is a gray 2018 Nissan SUV CA 8EUM459.
Possibly from Oakland area.
