A man who got out of prison less than a year ago and is currently on probation, is now charged with 2 counts of lewd molestation.
The probable cause affidavit for Marvin Bledsoe says:
October 2023: an 11 year old girl says when she was 8 or 9, when Bledsoe would molest her in exchange for letting her use his phone or computer.
October 2023: an adult woman reported that in the spring of 2022, she woke up to Bledsoe rubbing her privates.
February 2024: an adult woman says she was molested by him when she was 7 to 8 years old.
-It also says complaints were made against Bledsoe dating back to 2005.
It says a 5 year old girl said Bledsoe touched her privates and also in 2005, a 15 year old came forward and accused Bledsoe of touching her inappropriately, when she was 11.
Those cases went inactive.
Records show Bledsoe was put on a 5 year suspended sentence in June of 2021 for domestic assault and battery, threatening a violent act and having a gun as a felon.
He broke the rules of that probation, so in 2023, he was sentenced to 3 years in prison and 2 suspended.
He was also convicted of threatening a violent act in 2007 and given 90 days in jail.
