Washington – Brussels COVID pass mandate scheduled for October – Hospitality “HELD HOSTAGE!?”
Brussels will begin requiring immunity passports for entry into public places such as bars and restaurants from next month – leaving businesses raging.
“It just feels a bit sad in the sense that already our industry suffered a lot, and now we are being almost held hostage to get towards this aim,” restaurateur Guy Quirynen told Euronews.
The nation plans to widen requirements for the so-called Covid Safe Ticket to hospitality from October 1, with diners reportedly needed a QR code.
