A man has now been charged in federal court with second degree murder, for a car crash that killed victim, Scotty Dilbeck.
Prosecutors say Bradley Wofford was driving under the influence of meth on June 10th, 2019, on Highway 412, near Inola, when he crashed into the victim.
Wofford had been charged in Rogers County, but, the case was dismissed based on tribal jurisdiction and Wofford has been free.
-Prosecutors say at the time of Wofford’s arrest, he had been arrested 10 times in 7 states since 2009 and 8 of those arrests were for DUI.
