Bomb threat made to a Little Rock high school: Lockdown has been lifed

Mills University Studies High School was given the “all clear” notice Wednesday afternoon after a bomb threat was reported on their campus earlier in the day, the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office said.

The Pulaski County Special School District has confirmed that Mills University Studies High School was on lockdown Wednesday afternoon after a report of a bomb on campus.

The school district said around 1:15 p.m., law enforcement notified the high school of a possible bomb threat reported to the school. 

Officials said they immediately took action and placed the school on lockdown.

Due to the lockdown, officials said the students are safe but no one is allowed to enter or leave the campus.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to avoid the area.
