Boeing awarded $1.6 billion contract for US ballistic missile upkeep: Pentagon

The United States Department of Defense announced it awarded Boeing Co. an indefinite-quantity $1.6 billion contract for guidance subsystem support for the Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM).

Work on fulfilling the contract will be performed in Utah and is expected to be finished by February 2039.

Boeing also won a contract modification worth $36.6 million related to support of anti-submarine warfare capabilities upgrades for the Navy. Work is expected to be completed in August 2025.
