WATCH: Bodycam videos show alleged carjacking suspect 38-year-old Matthew Cieslak in a deadly shootout with Salt Lake City police officers in March.
Cieslak is accused of shooting at cars on I-15 and stealing a car from a driver on the I-15 off-ramp.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
