Ohio– Body parts were found inside of an Ohio home as authorities served a search warrant on an alleged drug home, officials now say.
The raid happened around 7 a.m. Wednesday in the 1800 block of Bashan Drive in southwest Columbus.
Officials with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office say body parts were discovered Wednesday inside the home, where authorities were serving a drug trafficking warrant.
According to our partners at WCMH-TV in Columbus, authorities say the body parts are female, believed to be from a recent death or deaths.
Multiple people inside the home are being questioned, but no arrests have been made as of Wednesday afternoon, WCMH-TV reports.
The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations is now leading the investigation.
