This time, Billie Denton is accused of setting fire to a shanty he and his girlfriend shared, while she was still inside.
The arrest report for Billie Denton says it happened April 24th at a homeless encampment and the victim had video showing Denton shooting at her with something that looks like a rifle, then, setting their 2-story structure on fire.
Investigators say Denton admitted he shot at her, but, said it was actually a BB gun and did admit setting the fire as well.

August, 2022: Tulsa County: given a 4 year deferred sentence for burglary.
May, 2017: Tulsa County: given a 3 year deferred sentence for meth conviction; later broke the rules and was ordered to serve a sanction of 3 days in the county jail.
