Biden Almost Hour Late to Presser on Ukraine – Breakdown:
Joe Biden said he thinks Putin has made a decision on whether Russia will attack Ukraine, changing the message relayed by the West in recent weeks.
▪️Biden spoke to VP Harris in Munich, and world leaders and allies on Friday
▪️ Accuses separatists and Russia of disinformation after escalation
▪️Described Russia’s probe into possible crime against Russian speakers in Eastern Ukraine… “Phony allegations of genocide”
▪️Again reverted to it’s the “Russian playbook” – We have been warning for weeks, Biden said.
▪️Russia plans to attack “in coming week… in coming days” – Russia will go for Kiev
▪️US will defend every inch of NATO, we will not send troops into Ukraine – but continue to support
