Belton Police have arrested the suspect in a drive-by shooting

BELTON POLICE CONFIRM AN ARREST IN LAST WEEK’S DRIVE-BY SHOOTING

I just talked with Belton Police who confirm a suspect has been charged in connection to last week’s drive-by shooting on Boyce Circle.

I also learned this suspect had outstanding warrants out for his arrest in Greenville County. Here’s the details from BPD:

“This is the individual responsible he was taken into custody yesterday June 7, 2022 from a residence on Dixie Drive in Anderson.

He also had outstanding arrest warrants from Greenville County of Assualt and Battery 1st Degree, Pointing / Presenting a Firearm and domestic violence.

Upon release from Anderson County he will be transported to Greenville County to face bond on those charges.”
