Baltimore City Police are investigating after a 18-year-old was shot at Morgan State University during homecoming.
At about 6:39 p.m., officers responded to the 2300 block of Argonne Avenue for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located an 18 year-old man who was suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest.
The victim was taken to an area hospital where he is conscious, alert, and stable.
