Aussie State Forces Unvaxxed into Lockdown – No Exercise or Work Commute Allowed
Australia’s Northern territory has slapped a new 4-day lockdown on unvaccinated people, banning them from going to work or even exercising outdoors, after 256 new cases were detected.
Since 1pm on Thursday, those who had not received both Covid-19 jabs have only been allowed to leave home for one of three reasons – essential shopping, for medical treatment including vaccination, or to provide care.
The rules were introduced even though across the entire territory, only 23 people are in hospital with COVID-19 and just two are in the ICU.
The ‘lockout’ will last until 12pm on Monday, when a vaccination passport system will be introduced.
