CARTERET COUNTY, NC – The Carteret County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) has increased their reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the deaths of Phillip Raymond Fulcher, 59, and William David Fulcher, 57, of Atlantic, NC to $25,000.
CCSO is increasing the reward and urging anyone with information about this investigation to call Carteret County Crime Stoppers at (252) 726-4636
