Tulsa Police arrest a man who’s already a convicted sex offender, for a new sex offense.
The affidavit for Arthur Jones says last August, he went into a staffing office and applied for a job and gave his ID and asked if it was a problem that he had a criminal history.
It says, after he was told they would not be hiring him, he went to another office in the building where two women were sitting at their desks and he stood at their office door with his penis out, touching himself, then left.
It says the women told a man what happened and he chased Jones out to his vehicle.
It says the women remembered seeing a TPD post of a man with the same description and vehicle and contacted TPD with the new information.
Records show Jones was convicted in Osage County in 2012 of indecent exposure and given a 7 year suspended sentence and part of that sentence was later revoked after Jones got charged with indecent exposure in Tulsa County just one year later.
He was convicted in Tulsa County in 2013 of 2 counts of indecent exposure and failing to register as a sex offender and was sentenced to 11 years in prison.
