We’ve been asking the court system in Arkansas for documents related to the arrest of Tahlequah Dr. Tyler Tait, in connection to the death of Moria Kinsey.
We received some of those today.
They say on October, 11th, at 12:19 PM, the Chicot County 911 center received a call from Dr. Tait who said his girlfriend was having a seizure and needed an ambulance.
Documents say they were pulled over on Highway 65, North of Lake Village.
They say when first responders arrived, Tait was standing near the vehicle while al citizen was performing CPR on Kinsey who had been moved to the ground, next to the vehicle.
They say she was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead at 2:18 PM.-Documents say AR State Police investigators were called in to investigate.
They say they found blood spatter in multiple places inside the vehicle and some outside the passenger door.
The report says investigators believe the two got into an altercation inside the vehicle and Kinsey sustained multiple injuries.
It says she had several bruises all around her neck and a cut to her right elbow.
It says Tait did not offer any explanation for her injuries.
It says he was read his Miranda rights and placed into custody for first degree murder.
