RawNews1st – At approximately 10:54 pm WMPD officers responded to the intersection of Ingram Blvd and East Barton Avenue regarding Samuel Johnson laying in the street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Johnson succumbed to his injuries at Baptist Crittenden.
After interviewing witnesses and examining surveillance footage detectives were able to obtain arrest warrants for Jotavion Ross (18) and Tyler Triplett (15) of West Memphis for Capital Murder.
Members of the Special Response Team apprehended Jotavion Ross, who was armed with a firearm at the time of his arrest, without incident at a local motel.

Tyler Triplett turned himself in to authorities shortly thereafter. Tracey Brown was also taken into custody for hindering apprehension or prosecution.
