Westland MI – Westland Police request the public’s assistance in identifying an armed robbery suspect.
At approximately 10:34 a.m. on Wednesday, October 24th the Westland Police Department responded to a robbery at the Check N Go located at 31294 Michigan Avenue.
The suspect entered the Check N Go and presented an employee with a note demanding money while armed with a black handgun. They employee complied and gave the suspect money as requested.

The suspect then left the location without any further incident. If you know this suspect please call 911 immediately or contact your local authorities.
The female suspect is described as a black female in her late 30’s or early 40’s, approximately 5’09” and 160 lbs.
She was wearing a florescent yellow “beanie” style cap, black puffy jacket, dark colored pants, and black tennis shoes.
The suspect fled in a 2010-2015 black Dodge Caravan.
The vehicle had two stickers on the lower driver’s side of the windshield, and some sort of red emblem on the driver’s side between the front tire and the driver’s door.
