Apple removes child abuse scanning software
The company has quietly removed all mentions of its controversial CSAM software development on its child safety website, prompting reports it may not be pursuing its efforts to scan for child sex abuse material photos on phones. (Engadget)
Instead, there is only an optional nude photo detection service for Messages and intervention if people search for child exploitation terms
