Investigators have arrested, repeat violent offender, 30-year-old Antionne Johnson Jr.
Investigators believe Johnson shot the 26-year-old male victim several times while in the 2400 block of Greenmount Avenue.
Detectives transported Johnson to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with attempted 1st degree murder.
Eastern District Shooting Investigation
On May 4, 2022 at approximately 11:05 a.m., officers responded to the 2400 block of Greenmount Avenue for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located a 26-year-old male who was suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital and is in serious but stable condition.
Eastern District shooting detectives are on the scene and investigating this incident.
