An officer-involved shooting investigation is underway at the Exxon at 5306 N. Broadway.
A man was shot after KPD officers responded to a disturbance at the gas station.
He was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. No officers were injured.
Investigation is in preliminary stages, and more information is forthcoming.
