RawNews1st – The Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help.
According to the Waterloo Police Department a traffic stop was attempted this morning on an individual for alleged reckless driving on a mini-bike.
The individual did not stop and ran from officers. The Waterloo Police Department believes the male in the video has information that would be relevant to their investigation.
