Amber Alert has been issued in Missouri, KC driving a white Kia Optima: possibly armed

RawNews1st – The Kansas City Police Department has issued an AMBER Alert for a child abduction that occurred at 1300 block of East 89th Street, Kansas City, Missouri on 08/21/2022 at 04:00 pm.
Abducted was Cassiah Owsley, black female, age 4 and Marlaya Owsley, black female, age 7. Suspect vehicle is a white Kia Optima bearing Missouri registration V F 2 E 2 B.
Vehicle/suspect last seen westbound on East 89th Street.
Suspect is Jordan Maurice Owsley a Black male, 27, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 140 pounds and has brown eyes.
Suspect has been armed with a firearm.
