Windsor Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 200 block of Ouellette Avenue.Â
One person was injured and is currently in hospital with non-life threatening injuries. One person was quickly apprehended in connection with the investigation.Â
Through investigation, officers have determined that this is not a random act and there is no concern for public safety.Â
The investigation is in the early stages and more information will be provided as the investigation continues.Â

It is also being requested that anyone with video surveillance cameras in the 200 Block of Ouellette Avenue review their camera footage which may assist in this investigation. Â
