Bowles has a warrant out of Tulsa County for first degree murder.
A man wanted for a Tulsa, November murder, is now in custody.
Kelvin Boelen was captured tonight.
Boelen is wanted for the murder of Kaleb Fitzgerald-White.
Police say White and a woman were in a strip mall when they encountered two men and the men tried to rob the couple and White was shot and killed.
The other suspect, Deandre Marsalis, is already in custody.
