12:45 pm Update: Law enforcement walking around slowly and investigating, but it appears that the active part of this shooting may be over.
12:47 pm update. Law enforcement (MWC Police) confirming 1 person is dead and 1 person is in custody.
12:58 PM UPDATE: no longer active. Initial reports were an active shooter, but that has been determined to no longer be the case. One male is reported deceased and one male suspect is in custody.
