A woman shot a man after they got into an argument at a home in Englewood
Saturday morning, a woman shot a man after they got into an argument at a home in Englewood.
The victim and suspect, who knew each other, were in a home in the 64000 block of South Carpenter Street at around 12:54 a.m., according to police.
During the argument, the woman, 52, pulled out a handgun and shot the man, 44.
The victim was shot in the left hip and was transported in good condition to the University of Chicago Medical Center.
The woman was arrested, and police are investigating the incident.
