A woman has been arrested, after being charged with running over her husband, twice in December of 2020.
The affidavit for Misty Travis says she and her husband were in a Tulsa McDonalds parking lot, arguing, when the victim got out and opened the rear hatch, to get something.
It says that’s when Misty Travis floored it and ran him over and hit another vehicle in the lot, pinning the victim between the 2 vehicles for a moment.
It says she then backed over him a second time, then, left the scene.
It says 2 witnesses gave the same account as the victim who had to be treated for a broken leg.
She is now charged with leaving the scene of an injury accident, leaving the scene of an accident involving damage and driving with a suspended/revoked license.
Records show she has a felony conviction in Rogers County for DUI-drugs and having illegal drugs and was given a 10 year suspended sentence in June of 2016 and the DA has filed four times since then, to revoke that suspended sentence.
