Paul Snow Jr., 42, faces an additional 22 charges from a string of sexual assaults that happened in Kenton County between 2014 and 2017, according to Kenton County Police Capt. Chris Pittaluga.
A Verona man accused of multiple rape charges in Gallatin County is facing more than 20 additional charges in Kenton County, according to court documents.
In April 2023, the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged Snow on 21 counts of rape, sodomy, kidnapping, strangulation, assault, terroristic threatening and handgun possession by a convicted felon, FOX19′s previous story says.
Capt. Pittaluga says several additional women reported similar crimes in Kenton County, which led police to launch an investigation into Snow after hearing about the Gallatin County Sheriff’s investigation.
Eight new victims were identified in Kenton County, where Snow was previously a resident, according to Sanders.
According to court documents, Snow told one victim he used to be a police officer and threatened to call 911 and report her for a DUI if she left. Officials say Snow has never been a police officer.
The criminal complaint says he strangled several of his victims. One victim said she passed out and woke to Snow having sex with her.
Another victim said she was assaulted in front of her 1-year-old child when Snow was supposed to fix her iPhone. According to the report, the victim said she performed a sex act on Snow out of fear for her and her child’s safety.
A report from 2015 said he sodomized a woman after he put something in her drink and she lost consciousness. The report said Snow kept her from her phone and said he had taken hundreds of photos and videos of her that he would send out.
Kenton County police confirmed that Snow, who is behind bars at the Carroll County Detention Center, was the same suspect.
